Territory Account Manager
Job Description
Tenex.AI is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive sales within the EMEA region. Key responsibilities include: Owning an annual quota for new customer acquisition and expansion across the assigned territory. Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, partner collaborations, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted account strategies. Managing complex sales cycles, coordinating with technical, product, legal, and executive teams to secure deals. Effectively communicating the value proposition, ROI, and competitive advantages of the Tenex.AI platform to both technical and economic decision-makers. Addressing data residency, GDPR, and AI Act considerations in collaboration with customers and partners. Cultivating strong relationships with regional partners to enhance market reach and accelerate deal closures. Maintaining accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce and contributing to territory planning efforts.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 3 years focused on enterprise accounts within the EMEA region. 2. Proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing annual quotas, with a track record of closing significant ACV deals. 3. Experience selling technical products to security, IT, or engineering buyers, with preference given to those with experience in cybersecurity, observability, data infrastructure, DevOps tooling, or AI/ML platforms. 4. Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional European language such as German, French, Dutch, or a Nordic language. 5. Comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, ideally with prior experience as an early hire or founding AE. 6. Proficiency in structured sales methodologies and CRM hygiene practices. 7. Ability to travel 40-60% within the EMEA region and occasionally to the US headquarters. 8. Valid EU or UK work authorization.
