Temporary Senior Manager – Integration Developer

Job Description

Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Senior Manager to provide advisory support for year-end integration activities. This role involves subject matter expertise for integration planning and execution, guiding teams through complex scenarios related to Workday and other enterprise systems. Ensuring knowledge transfer, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies are key aspects. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders, provide guidance to integration developers, and assist in clarifying requirements. They will also advise on integration architecture, standards, and best practices, supporting issue resolution and risk management to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. Boomi Certifications preferred. 3. Six to Eight (6-8) years of data integration experience of which Five plus (5+) of Boomi experience preferred. 4. Prior experience supporting Year-End processes and enterprise system transitions (e.g., Workday) strongly preferred 5. Experience integrating with Workday, Salesforce and SQL Server. 6. Experience integrating with SOAP, REST, webhooks. 7. Knowledge of Java, Powershell, SSIS Packages and C# / VB.Net Console Apps preferred. 8. Knowledge of Data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) 9. Experience with Boomi integrations and other Boomi services. 10. Strong understanding and preferably experience in Boomi Data Hub 11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 12. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
