Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following: 1. Proven experience in a call center environment, including customer service, sales, collections, or cross-selling. 2. A personal computer or laptop with a stable, wired internet connection (minimum 30MB). 3. A quality headset for clear communication. 4. Availability to work remotely from anywhere in the Peru. 5. Valid national ID (DNI) or Foreigner ID (C.E). 6. Completed secondary education.
