Teleoperador/a Comercial – Bilingüe Español/Portugués

Job Description

We're looking for a Teleoperator/Commercial Agent to manage outbound calls, present services, close deals, and track progress in our CRM. Your main focus will be to meet targets, boost sales, and hit KPIs, all while working with the team to refine our approach and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields, geared towards sales functions. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound telephone sales - Required. 3. Experience in sectors such as transportation, logistics, or services – highly valued. 4. Native or fluent Portuguese - Required. 5. Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps. 6. Working microphone and camera (minimum 720p). 7. Quiet and well-lit workspace.
