Coordinate incident response strategies to swiftly address and resolve reported issues to ensure minimal downtime. Implement recovery measures to efficiently restore normal operational status following any incident. Work closely with technology teams to refine service desk operations and enhance incident management procedures. Keep comprehensive incident records, including progress updates and detailed resolution steps undertaken. Help build knowledge bases and FAQs to improve the effectiveness of technology support resources at BTSE. Deliver exceptional technology service desk support, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and service requests are fulfilled promptly.

Qualifications

1. Possess a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of technology operations. 2. Bring 1-5 years of hands-on professional experience in IT operations and support, showcasing proven expertise in managing technology systems. 3. Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, complemented by robust analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues. 4. Exhibit proficiency in both English and Mandarin, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within diverse teams. 5.
