Job Description

Everware Consulting is seeking a Technology Business Development Consultant to drive client acquisition in the technology sector. This role involves identifying and targeting new clients for technology hiring and staffing services, with a focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. The consultant will develop and execute strategic business development plans, build relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders, and manage the full BD lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements and achievement of revenue targets.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions, including business development. 2. Proven experience in client acquisition or account management within a recruitment or staffing setting. 3. Strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud, Microsoft stack). 4. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 6. Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue generation. 7. Exposure to or experience hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) roles is a plus. 8. Recruiters looking to transition into a BD-focused career path are encouraged to apply. 9.
