Technical Training Instructor, Supply Chain

Job Description

As a Technical Training Instructor, you'll deliver training sessions based on Adobe's Workfront, AEM, and AEP course catalog. This includes conducting live virtual and in-person classroom training at Adobe and customer offices. You'll maintain in-depth product knowledge, showcase domain expertise in analytics and personalization, and customize curriculum. Encouraging customer feedback is essential. This role also involves identifying sales opportunities by recommending appropriate learning paths, meeting utilization expectations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar enterprise work/project management platforms, and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) workflow automation. 2. Industry certifications related to Workfront or AEM. 3. Fluency in English and German is essential. 4. Capability to captivate an audience and present complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. 5. Ability to manage diverse groups of customers, partners, or employees in training sessions, including international attendees.
