Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide timely and effective support via email, chat, and ticketing systems. You will diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Documenting support interactions and guiding users through solutions are crucial. Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce ticket volume. You will also assist with onboarding new users and ensure client satisfaction through diligent follow-up.

Qualifications

1. Prior experience in technical support or a helpdesk role. 2. Solid understanding of operating systems, browsers, and software. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 5. Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tickets. 8. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. 9. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office.
