Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist! This remote, customer-focused role involves providing real-time support via phone, chat, and email. You'll troubleshoot customer issues, offer effective solutions, and guide customers through corrective steps. Prior experience in providing technical support for software solutions is key to success.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. 3. Strong conflict management and de-escalation abilities. 4. Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and caring attitude towards customers. 5. General understanding of troubleshooting processes and outlining approaches. 6. Proven experience in troubleshooting desktop applications. 7. Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac troubleshooting. 8. Typing speed of 50+ Words Per Minute. 9. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite Programs (Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs). 10. Self-motivated and capable of working and learning independently. 11. Comfortable with both 1-on-1 learning and self-guided video and documentation. 12. Ability to efficiently switch between different types of work.
