Join us as a Technical Support Engineer, where you'll spearhead on-site and remote technical assistance to dealerships, repairers, and technical centers. Your expertise will swiftly reduce downtime by diagnosing and resolving intricate electrical, electronic, and drivability issues. Dive into single-vehicle and fleet concerns, formulating effective containment and corrective strategies. Use OEM diagnostic platforms for ECU updates and reprogramming. Translate wiring diagrams and service manuals into actionable repair methods. Craft clear reports for engineering and aftersales teams, manage cases through technical assistance, and coach technicians, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and safe working practices.
Qualifications
1. Extensive experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, or OEM technical assistance. 2. A strong track record of solving electrical/electronic issues using OEM tools. 3. Ability to collaborate across sites with workshops and engineering teams. 4. Experience producing technical documentation and training materials. 5. Master Technician level qualification or equivalent experience.
