Job Description
Join our team as a Technical Support Consultant and provide top-notch customer service in a remote global environment. You will: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems, offering clear, step-by-step solutions. 3. Work with other departments to address and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Escalate intricate issues to the relevant team for further investigation and resolution. 5. Keep thorough records of customer interactions and solutions provided. 6. Apply the latest customer satisfaction techniques to ensure excellent service. 7. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client solutions to meet key performance indicators. 8. Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists to improve our services and customer experience.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. Native-level Greek and excellent English communication skills (C1 level in both spoken and written). 2. At least 1–2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues effectively. 4. Exceptional attention to detail for accurate and thorough support. 5. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support procedures. 6. A personal computer (minimum 8GB RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
