Job Description

Own customer onboarding, adoption, and ensure their continuous success. Document the progress of adoption and success strategies. Take the lead on optimizing and integrating New Relic's product suite within the customer's infrastructure. Work closely with the sales team to pinpoint opportunities for revenue growth through service upgrades and contract renewals. Provide valuable customer feedback to the New Relic product management and engineering teams for future product enhancements. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business objectives and technical landscape. Conduct engaging product demonstrations for a diverse audience, highlighting key workflows and addressing real-time technical questions to encourage platform usage. Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in pre- or post-sales within the software industry. 2. Demonstrate at least 1 year of pre- or post-sales experience working with enterprise clients. 3. Exhibit a strong technical background alongside a customer-centric sales approach. 4. Show enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies. 5. Have an interest in or prior experience with performance monitoring tools. 6. Maintain well-organized project plans and documentation. 7. Fluency in English.
