Technical Solution Analyst – Network & Infrastructure

Job Description

Become a vital part of our team as a Technical Solution Analyst. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the baseline across ITMS, tools, operational processes, inventories, dependencies, and ownership. This includes: * Documenting current and target states for tooling landscape and business processes across provisioning, support, change, and operations. * Creating dependency maps across platforms, teams, vendors, and systems. * Developing SOPs, runbooks, and rollback procedures. * Identifying process gaps, duplication, manual workarounds, and opportunities for rationalizing tooling. * Supporting lifecycle management across tools and platforms, covering onboarding, change, refresh, end of support, and retirement planning. * Maintaining a RAID log, decision log, action tracker, and requirements traceability matrix. * Producing concise executive dashboards highlighting progress, blockers, risks, and next steps. * Structuring operational cost drivers, such as tooling, support effort, vendor dependencies, and manual activities, into analysis-ready formats.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5+ years of experience as a Technical Solution Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or a similar role in IT, telecom, or managed services. 2. Demonstrate strong experience in documenting business processes, tools, workflows, and dependencies. 3. Exhibit proficiency in Visio, Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint. 4. Be capable of transforming unstructured operational input into clear, structured artifacts efficiently. 5. Have a good understanding of IT operations and service management practices, including change, incident, request, and configuration management. 6. Experience in ITSM transformation, tooling consolidation, or operating model redesign is a plus. 7. Familiarity with Jira Service Management, BMC, or similar platforms is preferred. 8. Experience with lifecycle and end-of-support tracking is required. 9. Exposure to compliance, audit, and control documentation is advantageous.
