Job Description
Take ownership and enhance organic and paid search strategies. Pinpoint and rectify technical SEO hurdles like crawlability, indexation, and overall site health. Construct and refine paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Elevate website performance concerning rankings and conversions, focusing on Core Web Vitals. Establish reporting systems utilizing GA4, Search Console, and various ad platforms. Execute continuous experimentation involving keywords, landing pages, bid strategies, and technical enhancements. Develop AI agents to streamline processes and broaden execution capabilities.
Qualifications
1. Possess 3+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing, whether in an agency or in-house setting. 2. Demonstrate strong technical SEO knowledge encompassing site architecture, crawlability, and indexation. 3. Exhibit proficiency with paid search platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. 4. Showcase robust data analysis skills utilizing GA4, Search Console, and various reporting tools. 5. Have experience leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and performance. 6. Possess experience in building or collaborating with AI agents (e.g., Claude code). 7. Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog is essential. 8. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools is required. 9. Demonstrate the ability to translate data into actionable insights and outcomes. 10. Exhibit strong systems thinking and an experimentation-oriented mindset.
