Technical Sales Representative, PET Foams
Job Description
Achieve PET foams sales targets in Non-Wind Markets by developing a strategic sales plan. Recommends prices for non-standard items and approves competitive job price deviations. Implement market analysis to understand market information and competitor activities. Analyze competitors’ products and cost structures for a strategic advantage. Monitor pricing deviations and policies. Develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve fast market penetration and growth. Maintain continuous contact with potential/actual and internal customers. Establish relationships with major PET Foams customers by assessing product needs. Identify new business opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of existing products. Participate in Trade Associations. Provide Logistics team with sales forecast to ensure accurate production planning. Manage Territory Budget, including Sales & Margins. Implement and monitor sales organization expense budget. Collaborate with Business Development Manager Americas.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or Management preferred. 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of technical sales experience in a manufacturing environment. 3. Experience in developing effective relationships and delivering profitable growth. 4. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50%. 5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
