Job Description

Join Fortive as a Technical Sales Manager and drive growth for the Fluke Calibration Portfolio within the defense, military, aerospace, prime contractors, and government sectors in Europe. Achieve assigned revenue targets by acting as a trusted advisor, aligning with Fluke's values, and influencing program specifications early in the acquisition process. Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities and recommend new partnerships. Drive funnel creation and forecast accuracy to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required. 2. 5 - 10 years’ experience in the aerospace & defense industry sales, business development, technical/direct sales, calibration systems is required. 3. Proven track record of building and managing strategic customer relationships with defense industry or military programs is required. 4. Existing network within the European Defense Industry, with experience working with MODs, NATO, defense primes, or government procurement bodies is a great advantage. 5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience engaging executive and technical stakeholders is required. 6. Fluency in English is a must; additional European language such as German is a strong asset. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed, international environment is required.
