Join Rezilient Health as a Technical Project Manager to ensure the seamless flow of high-quality, reliable data into our warehouse. Your role involves data analysis, employer mapping, and claims validation, serving as a crucial link between Operations, Clinical, and Finance teams. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and enhance data consistency and operational efficiency. Develop and implement scalable checks and controls for recurring tasks, contributing to the integrity and usability of our healthcare data.

Qualifications

**Responsibilities:** 1. Own end-to-end data quality workflows, ensuring data integrity from source systems into Rezilient Health’s data warehouse. 2. Execute hands-on data cleaning, standardization, and validation from payers, employers, TPAs, and EHR systems using spreadsheets. 3. Manage eligibility matching and roster maintenance, tracking variances, and resolving discrepancies. 4. Validate eligibility and claims data, proactively flagging anomalies and driving resolution with audit trails. 5. Maintain employer, plan, and member mappings, ensuring consistent naming conventions. 6. Build scalable checks, templates, SOPs, and controls for consistent, auditable operations. 7. Intake and clarify data requests from stakeholders, translating needs into deliverables. 8. Communicate progress and risks to non-technical stakeholders, serving as a trusted data resource. 9. Partner with engineering to support integrations, improving reliability and monitoring. 10. Identify opportunities to improve data consistency and process automation as Rezilient Health scales. **Required Qualifications:** - 3+ years in healthcare data (payer, provider, TPA, benefits admin, or healthtech) is required. - 2+ years in a HealthTech organization is preferred. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivots, text parsing, data validation). - Experience with eligibility and claims data is required. - Intermediate SQL and Python skills. - Working knowledge of HIPAA/PHI handling. - Proven attention to detail with large datasets and tight timelines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration. - Willingness to be flexible and adaptable. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Familiarity with EHR/EMR extracts (e.g., Athena) and benefits platforms. - Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio/Tableau).
