Technical Project Manager – AI, Automation, Cloud

Job Description

Seeking a Technical Project Manager to spearhead end-to-end project delivery for AI, automation, and cloud initiatives. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and delivery. You'll drive Azure cloud migration and modernization projects, supporting the implementation of AI and automation solutions. Work closely with engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines, utilizing GitHub-based development workflows and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes. Translate business requirements into technical execution plans, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Act as the crucial link between business leaders and technical teams, ensuring seamless project alignment and success.

Qualifications

1. Must have 7+ years of Project Management experience in technical projects. 2. Proven experience in delivering large, complex initiatives is essential. 3. Prior experience with AI and/or automation projects is required. 4. Familiarity with cloud platforms, with Azure preferred. 5. Experience in cloud migration or transformation efforts is highly valued. 6. Strong understanding of DevOps concepts is necessary. 7. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is expected. 8. Proficiency with GitHub or similar tools is required. 9. Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential. 10. Strong communication skills are needed to manage both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in financial services or mortgage lending is a significant plus. 2. Agile/Scrum experience is beneficial. 3. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is preferred.
