Technical Product Owner – Healthcare

Job Description

Become a pivotal part of a HealthTech innovator, driving migration processes as a Technical Product Owner. You'll be entrusted with maintaining a prioritized migration backlog, ensuring the development team is always aligned on what's next and why. Refine requirements in refinement sessions, breaking down work and clarifying scope, resolve ambiguities proactively. Act as a primary liaison for customers throughout the migration, understanding their data, systems, and concerns to translate them into actionable requirements. Leverage your technical acumen to ask pertinent questions about APIs and data mappings. Collaborate with engineering to define migration paths. Identify data quality issues early to proactively tackle them. Coordinate with other teams to ensure a seamless migration across the platform, monitor progress, and communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis, including hands-on experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs. 2. Solid grasp of APIs, integrations, and data flows, with the ability to understand system interactions at a high level. 3. Basic knowledge of SQL and databases, including the ability to read queries and understand data schemas. 4. Experience with data migration, system integration, or platform onboarding and awareness of related challenges and risks. 5. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining team focus and delivery momentum. 6. Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and adapt quickly. 7. Strong communication skills in English.
