Job Description

Join Come and See Foundation as a Technical Product Operations Specialist. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, usability, and operational effectiveness of our digital products across all platforms. Your responsibilities include user acceptance testing, developing test plans, validating functionality and performance, conducting regression testing, and configuring product settings. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for workflow improvements. Support release readiness by validating product and content from a technical and user perspective. This is a vital position for maintaining the quality of our digital offerings.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2. 4-6 years of experience in QA, product operations, technical support, or related roles. 3. Experience working with complex, multi-platform digital products strongly preferred. 4. Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, and execution. 5. Strong understanding of mobile, web, and connected TV platforms. 6. Experience working with CMS platforms, admin tools, or product configuration systems. 7. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across systems and workflows. 8. Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) preferred. 9. Experience with bug tracking, logging, and debugging tools. 10. Comfort working with APIs, data structures, or system integrations is a plus.
