Job Description
Drive increased brand awareness and boost citation frequency using strategic experimentation. Execute a minimum of 5 experiments each week to ensure measurable progress. Work alongside cross-functional teams, fostering unified messaging, innovative creative solutions, and effective experiment designs. Provide insightful weekly performance reports that highlight key trends and recommend actionable next steps based on performance data.
Qualifications
1. Requires 3+ years of PPC campaign management experience across major platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. 2. Must have direct experience implementing and troubleshooting Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag.js), LinkedIn Insight Tag, and X pixel. 3. Requires proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including building and debugging containers, custom triggers, data layer variables, and event schemas. 4. Possess the ability to diagnose pixel and tracking failures using browser DevTools, GTM Preview mode, Meta Events Manager, and Google Tag Assistant. 5. Experience with server-side tagging or server-side GTM is highly preferred. 6. Should be familiar with GA4 event models, DebugView, and cross-platform attribution challenges. 7. Understanding of cookie consent frameworks and their impact on tracking is essential (GDPR, ePrivacy). 8. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data beyond basic metrics. 9. Requires excellent English communication skills.
