Technical Lead, Software Development

Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you'll design, develop, implement, and support clinical system applications. You will collaborate closely with business product owners in an Agile team to understand requirements, provide feedback, and seek necessary clarifications. Your role involves reviewing requirements and data models, translating them into responsible applications and architecture. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure code standards are met, and support test execution, including system-level and integration tests. Tracking and resolving software defects, working with QA and CM teams for code build/releases, test case design, and defect resolution are also crucial aspects. Working with Team Lead/Project Manager/Architect for planning, estimation, documentation, and status reporting, and handling any other tasks for project deliverables and application support as needed.

Qualifications

1. Proven public cloud experience (GCP). 2. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale solutions. 3. Familiarity with an Agile development environment. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Knowledge of software craftsmanship and Agile best practices. 6. Experience with healthcare applications is preferred. 7. Skills in languages: Angular, Java. 8. Professional development experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. 9. Familiar with microservice architecture principles. 10. Ability to work across a bigger portfolio (Dev teams, Product, etc.). 11. Must be hands-on, able to code, and provide technical guidance to teams.
