Technical Lead III – React Native, Node.js

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead III to provide technical leadership for our development teams and software projects. In this role, you will define, document, and validate logical and implementable architectures, proposing technical solutions aligned with business needs. You'll be developing high-complexity features and supporting testing and quality strategies in collaboration with the QA team. Responsibilities include performing code reviews, ensuring best practices and design patterns, and designing solutions with a focus on continuous integration and CI/CD. As a technical reference, you will provide mentorship and training, planning, monitoring, and tracking technical project activities. You will also support technical decisions regarding the evolution of architecture and infrastructure.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead 2. Strong hands-on experience with React Native, Expo, and Node.js development 3. Experience with mobile and backend application architecture 4. Experience with REST APIs and system integrations 5. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases 6. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) 7. Experience working in DevOps-oriented environments 8. Proficient with Git and tools for version control and code quality
