Technical Integration Manager

France – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

Join Adomik as a Technical Integration Manager and play a key role in ensuring data availability and quality for our customers. You will be responsible for evolving connectors and supporting product changes. You will advance internal ingestion capabilities to maximize customer satisfaction and platform reliability. Coordinate Support, CSM, Engineering, and QA (and occasionally clients) to secure delivery. Manage relationships with Data Sources (API/reporting providers). Streamline connector creation and maintenance (processes, standards, monitoring). Expand automation and AI usage to reduce manual work and accelerate operations. Own the roadmap and evolution of connectors and ingestion capabilities to sustain platform reliability and unlock product value. Deliver data that is available, fresh, and reliable at scale, with clear standards and predictable timelines. Strengthen operations and incident management with effective, reassuring stakeholder communication. Increase operational leverage through automation and AI, prioritizing repeatability, throughput, and robustness. Build constructive relationships with data providers to anticipate changes and minimize disruption. Align cross-functional teams (Support, CSM, Engineering, QA) on priorities, quality standards, and execution. Key principles: Reliability first, leverage and speed, customer trust, and anticipation of changes on Data Sources.

Qualifications

1. Comfortable with reporting APIs (reading specs, testing). 2. Spreadsheet-savvy “Swiss Army Knife.” 3. Able to start manually and then industrialize via automation. 4. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Python scripts or similar). 5. Bonus: LLM prompting, API integrations, workflow orchestration. 6. Innovation- and impact-oriented PM with an automation-first mindset. 7. Comfortable experimenting with and integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Dust, etc.). 8. Balanced interest in technical, functional, and analytical topics. 9. Excellent communicator with customers, partners, and the Engineering Team; strong customer empathy and prioritization skills. 10. Rigorous, curious, collaborative; strong analytical synthesis. 11. Fluent in English and French; You are based in the CET/CEST timezone ± 2h (for team collaboration). 12. AdTech experience is a plus.
