Technical Consultant – Integration
Job Description
Support sales efforts by assisting with solution designs and demo installations, leveraging deep knowledge of integration components. Collaborate with key functions within the HPM business unit and the Modality Community in Europe on complex requirements. Respond to customer inquiries regarding system expansions and renewals, and create proposals for offers and contract extensions. Define, install, and configure integration solutions in collaboration with customers and third-party providers, both remotely and on-site. Conduct functional and workflow tests (HL7, API, FHIR, IHE protocols). Develop and present technical solutions for project-specific issues. Instruct customers on technical specifications and administration of installed interfaces. Create technical project documentation. Provide remote support and on-site assistance in resolving problems. Manage and perform software updates and necessary product corrections. Provide continuous technical support and consultation for system adaptations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Medical Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable education. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer interaction within the Healthcare sector. 3. Good knowledge of Windows Client, Server, and network systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). 4. Knowledge of clinical IT transfer protocols such as DICOM, HL7, and Internet protocols. 5. Knowledge in the configuration of interface brokers, preferably Rhapsody. 6. Experience with database queries (Oracle, MS SQL Server). 7. Very good IT and network knowledge, as well as analysis and troubleshooting skills in the field of interfaces. 8. Ideally, experience with HPM solutions and clinical IT workflows. 9. Fluent in German and English.
