Technical Client Success Manager
Job Description
Join our team as a Technical Client Success Manager and become the main technical and strategic contact for our clients. Your role involves understanding client objectives and aligning them with our platform's features, workflows, and deliverables. You'll provide technical support, including basic troubleshooting, data interpretation, and integration assistance. You will lead onboarding, create clear documentation, visuals, and walkthroughs. Proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and pursue retention and expansion. Collaborate with operations, production, and leadership for on-time and precise delivery. Maintain detailed records and workflows using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
Qualifications
1. 2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing SaaS roles. 2. Understanding of coding concepts, including SQL and Python. 3. Previous experience in a tech or SaaS company. 4. Proven experience working remotely. 5. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 6. Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
