Technical Account Manager
Job Description
Join our team as a Technical Account Manager and guide customers in maximizing the value of BloodHound Enterprise. Consult with clients to grasp their objectives and desired results. Provide onboarding, training, and support to new BloodHound Enterprise clients for a seamless implementation. Conduct regular customer meetings to ensure ongoing engagement, proactively address issues, and share best practices for Identity security. Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal teams. Assist customers in integrating BloodHound Enterprise data with their existing systems to enhance their overall experience and value. Identify potential churn risks and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and ensure long-term retention. Maintain up-to-date records of account health and status for management and cross-functional reference, providing visibility into customer satisfaction and concerns. Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for feature requests and providing detailed context for product design. Develop solutions and prototypes that enhance customer value recognition, driving the development of new features. Track support tickets and collaborate with Support Engineers to engage engineering resources as needed to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications
1. Requires 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Consulting, Penetration Testing, or similar technical, customer-facing roles within the security sector. Customer Success Management experience is also considered, assuming the role included technical responsibilities. 2. Possess the ability to manage an account book of business. 3. Demonstrate a basic understanding of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python. 4. Have experience utilizing REST APIs to tackle business challenges. 5. Exhibit the ability to quickly adopt new technologies and maintain a commitment to staying informed about the latest advancements and techniques. 6. Must successfully pass a criminal background investigation. 7. Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; the company does not currently provide immigration visa sponsorship. 8. Exhibit a strong alignment with the company's core values of passionate curiosity, continuous improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency. 9. Willingness to travel up to 15% within the region.
