Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will: 1. Manage the technical operations for our clients. 2. Coordinate all technical issues related to the online campaign launching and running process. 3. Support technical integration between rtb.com and the client's e-commerce platform. 4. Collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service. 5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns. 6. Propose optimization solutions for processes to achieve both internal and external goals.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Technical Account Manager, you should possess: 1. 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing. 2. Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python) or experience in systems integration via API. 3. Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Google Chrome DevTools), Google Tag Manager. 4. Experience using Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is advantageous. 5. Fluency in English. 6. Strong analytical skills are essential. 7. High level of motivation and willingness to learn. 8. Good time management skills and attention to detail.
