Job Description

Become a pivotal part of our team as a Tech Lead, harmonizing architectural strategy with hands-on delivery. * Uphold the standards of our technical landscape, ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant solutions. * Contribute to the codebase through hands-on development (30–50% of time). * Conduct code reviews, ensuring consistency, maintainability, and test coverage. * Support integration, testing, and deployment in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams. * Oversee refactoring and technical debt management within the squad. * Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical skills, secure coding habits, and a quality mindset. * Promote knowledge sharing through documentation, pair programming, and technical sessions. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence. * Ensure solutions comply with GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, DORA, and internal ISMS controls. * Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to balance delivery scope, quality, and technical feasibility. * Partner with the Product Manager and Scrum Master to plan sprints, estimate effort, and manage dependencies. * Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and Security teams for smooth release and environment readiness.

Qualifications

1. Possess at least 5-7 years of solid development experience, with 2-3 years in a Senior or Lead role. 2. Expertise in a high-performance language (preferably Go) suitable for high-throughput financial systems. 3. Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling resilient, fault-tolerant microservices on the cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure). 4. Familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus. 5. Comfortable building reliable, traceable data pipelines for audit trails and compliance reporting. 6. Prior experience in a regulated finance/crypto/investment environment is mandatory; understanding transaction risk and regulatory flow. 7. Ability to translate complex compliance mandates (DORA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) into clear, high-quality technical implementations. 8. Enforce secure coding practices (OWASP) and understanding IAM, access controls, and secrets management at an architectural level. 9. Able to quickly weigh trade-offs, make decisive technical calls, and drive consensus in critical architectural discussions. 10. Proven ability to mentor engineers, elevate the team's security standards, and lead technical planning for sprints. 11. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
