Tech Lead Sênior – Antifraude

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead to guide our anti-fraud projects. This role involves being a technical reference for the team, ensuring adherence to development and architecture best practices, and conducting strategic code reviews. You'll support technical decisions, monitor deliveries, metrics, and technical risks, and collaborate with Product Owners for technical solution definition. Mentoring developers and supporting team evolution is also key.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is required. 2. Solid experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript. 3. Proven experience with cloud architectures (AWS). 4. Experience with both relational and non-relational databases is essential. 5. Experience in systems integration. 6. Experience with application monitoring and observability. 7. Knowledge of security applied to development. 8. Experience with fraud prevention solutions is necessary. 9. Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices. 10. Strong technical leadership and cross-functional influence skills. 11. Ability to assess technical risks and translate them into recommendations.
