Job Description

As a Tax, Legal, and Regulatory Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive timely and accurate payroll updates. Your responsibilities include: Collaborating with Business Analysts to define the scope, design, and implementation of tax and regulatory changes for our clients. Applying your SAP functional knowledge and understanding of legislative requirements to analyze, develop, and deliver comprehensive and compliant updates. Providing expertise in UK and Republic of Ireland Payroll/HR matters. Working within an Agile framework to ensure efficient and iterative progress. Ensuring complete product compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations by thoroughly analyzing each tax and legislative change. Clearly communicating information, providing necessary details to product specialists and clients for system adjustments. Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure adherence to requirements and Agile user stories. Assisting the Support Team in resolving payroll-related issues encountered by our customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 10 years' experience with SAP Payroll for the UK and Republic of Ireland. 2. In-depth knowledge of UK and Republic of Ireland Payroll from both business and legislative standpoints. 3. Proven ability to debug issues and collaborate effectively with ABAP and QA Teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customer problems. 4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (experience is a plus). 5. Experience working with Jira for Agile project management (preferred). 6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within remote teams. 7. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams across the EMEA region and globally. 8. A client-focused and consultative approach to problem-solving. 9. A commitment to excellence and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of your work. 10. The ability to work under tight deadlines and remain composed under pressure, ensuring timely and accurate payroll updates.
