Prioritize quality and alignment to meet hiring goals efficiently.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a proficient Go To Market Sourcer, ideally within a product-led environment. 2. Essential experience in Sales roles, preferably within a SaaS company. 3. A data-driven approach, adept at optimizing workflows and balancing diversity, quality, and volume. 4. Experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies that enhance talent pipelines beyond traditional attraction and referral methods.
