Job Description
We are seeking a Talent & People Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying needs to placing candidates. This involves creating job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our ATS (JOIN). You will also contribute to employer branding and support new team member onboarding. This role offers strategic autonomy and growth prospects within a national organization, along with opportunities to shape social and economic structures.
Qualifications
1. 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a non-profit or social sector. 2. Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and methods (ATS systems, active sourcing, structured interviews). 3. Structured and proactive working style with experience in process optimization and design. 4. Clear and empathetic communication skills. 5. Identification with DEHIB’s social work and genuine interest in the mission. 6. Excellent German skills (C1/C2); good English skills are an advantage. 7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and ATS systems like JOIN.
