Talent Partner
Job Description
As a Talent Partner, you will: Serve as the main contact for talent questions within your client groups, directing requests to the right Talent Center of Excellence (COE) teams. Keep HREP leadership informed about the latest Talent Management, Learning & Development, Culture, Organizational Effectiveness, Change, and Engagement resources. Work with Americas and EMEA leads, and advise APAC as needed, gathering customer feedback to improve our services. Coach HREPs on basic organizational effectiveness (OE) tools and practices, and suggest when to bring in external experts for more complex issues. Help prepare and run team sessions, and lead targeted efforts to boost team performance. Manage important talent processes, like performance reviews, development plans, mentorships, and talent tools. Work with HREPs to carry out talent plans from reviews and other discussions. Help find, grow, and promote high-potential talent and leadership. Assist other talent partners with talent sharing across departments, including succession planning. Give feedback to talent teams on how to improve talent processes and tools.
Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 10 years of experience. 2. Experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management. 3. Experience communicating with senior leaders. 4. Experience working in large, global organizations. 5. Experience working in agile environments. 6. Ability to understand business issues and solve talent challenges.
