Talent Partner – 6 Month FTC

Job Description

As a Talent Partner, you will: * Manage a portfolio of 4–6 roles at any given time, handling everything from initial consultation and search strategy to sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closure. * Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments, potentially working on a Staff Engineer search one week, a product hire the next, and a senior Finance role after that. * Conduct detailed intake sessions to transform broad requirements into precise search strategies. * Ensure a candidate experience that reflects Primer's values: quick, transparent, and thoughtful communication. Avoid silence, ghosting, or generic responses. * Regularly align with hiring managers throughout the search process and adjust strategy as necessary. * Independently manage offer closures, building strong cases, navigating counteroffers, and upholding Primer's standards. * Contribute to improving the function by maintaining clean Ashby records, documenting searches, and capturing market insights for the team.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of in-house technical or GTM recruiting experience at a rapidly growing company. 2. Proven ability to independently manage senior searches from start to finish, without requiring oversight at each stage. 3. Proficiency across multiple hiring areas; capable of quickly learning and adapting to new functions. 4. Strong candidate assessment skills, with the ability to articulate reasons for suitability beyond just gut feeling. 5. Comfortable with ambiguity and a heavy workload, ready for a high-volume, fast-paced six-month engagement.
