Job Description
Become the bridge between Product Hackers' mission and its talent. Transform each stage of the employee lifecycle—from hiring to offboarding—into an agile, technological, and deeply human process. Lead one-on-one sessions to act as the team's emotional barometer, understanding underlying concerns and building confidence in uncertain situations. Translate feedback and metrics (eNPS, climate surveys) into tangible initiatives that improve the day-to-day based on evidence. Act as a strategic support for managers, giving them tools and feedback to support their teams more effectively. Ensure internal communications are approachable and transparent, making sure the team feels heard. Proactively search for technical and strategic profiles, using your network and creativity to find talent where algorithms can't reach. Be the visible face of the brand, ensuring an excellent candidate experience so that even those who don't join become promoters of the brand. Act as the first critical filter to ensure that each addition possesses an exceptional technical level and fully shares our values. Connect the company's purpose with the aspirations of the candidates, seeking a long-term growth bet.
Qualifications
1. Solid experience (3-5 years) in technical selection and people operations (Tech/Consulting environments) 2. Assertive communication skills and high emotional intelligence to manage difficult conversations with composure 3. You don't wait for anyone to give you a predefined task list; you have the autonomy necessary to identify opportunities for improvement and the initiative to execute them proactively 4. You have a clear business vision and perfectly understand how your role directly impacts the scalability and growth of the company 5. You move with agility in the digital environment, feeling comfortable configuring ATS, HR software and cross-referencing data to make evidence-based decisions 6. English level B1-B2 7. Reside in Spain.
