Talent & Culture Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Talent & Culture Manager to lead recruiting and employee experience at RedRover. The successful candidate will: - Manage full-cycle recruiting, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and acceptance. - Proactively source talent using passive outreach strategies to identify and engage potential candidates before they actively seek new roles. - Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process. - Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, evaluate candidate profiles, and facilitate informed decision-making. - Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for frequently filled or strategically important positions. - Confidently negotiate compensation and benefits packages, balancing candidate expectations with internal equity and budgetary constraints. - Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness. - Continuously enhance the onboarding process to improve new hire productivity and integration. - Oversee benefits and compensation policies, ensuring competitiveness and employee understanding and utilization. - Analyze and respond to eNPS survey results, identifying trends and implementing impactful follow-up actions. - Spearhead employee development initiatives and support managers in fostering team growth. - Maintain clear, current, and accessible HR documentation, process guides, and policy frameworks. - Collaborate with leadership on retention strategies, using data to proactively address potential flight risks. - Lead and mentor the Business Operations Specialist.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or people operations, ideally within a fast-paced, small-to-mid-sized company. 2. Extensive experience in recruiting for marketing roles, including a strong understanding of the field and the ability to effectively evaluate candidates. 3. A proven ability to quickly and effectively fill positions through proactive passive sourcing, supported by relevant metrics. 4. Strong negotiation skills to confidently manage compensation and benefits discussions with candidates. 5. Exceptional communication skills to persuade and inform, creating a positive candidate experience and building trust with hiring managers. 6. Comfort in building and improving processes without established frameworks. 7. Experience with a range of HR functions, including benefits administration, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations. 8. Self-direction and a focus on outcomes, with a commitment to tracking results and making data-driven adjustments. 9. Reasonable attention to detail to ensure accuracy while maintaining efficiency. 10. Experience managing or mentoring staff is a plus.
