Talent Contact Center Agent
Job Description
Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Agent, where you'll partner with field managers to address their hiring needs. You'll champion best practices in recruiting, emphasizing diversity in your candidate searches. Develop a deep understanding of each role's responsibilities and business requirements. Responsibilities include conducting a high volume of phone screenings, aiming to connect with 65% to 75% of interested candidates. Schedule interviews with management, striving for a 75% to 85% show rate. Communicate with candidates using established methods, timelines, and reporting procedures. Effectively manage the candidate journey through our Applicant Tracking System and Call Center technology. Support outbound calling efforts as needed, using Enabled Plus features, and follow prescribed processes for lead management and callback scheduling. Proactively source and scout talent through keyword searches, social networking, and research tools. Leverage our in-house ATS to identify, attract, present, and recruit top-tier candidates. Organize post-interview debriefs with interview teams and candidates. Maintain meticulous documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities. This position has working hours of 10:30am - 7:00pm CST. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Possess a strong ethical compass and unquestionable integrity. 3. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities. 4. Exhibit the ability to guide conversations professionally and courteously. 5. Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive team results. 6. Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems. 8. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
