Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with the TA Leader, managing full-cycle recruitment across the enterprise. You will handle a variety of roles, from individual contributors to professional levels, developing strong relationships and candidate pipelines. Responsibilities include facilitating hiring, maintaining manager relationships, leveraging online recruiting, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and ensuring thorough documentation. Participate in quality-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2. Experience with global recruitment (US, Philippines, India) and cloud-based applicant tracking systems is preferred. 3. Experience working with consultant agencies is desired. 4. Healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) experience is advantageous. 5. Level 1: Up to two (2) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience (Individual contributor to professional level) is required for Level 1 positions. 6. Level 2: Two (2) to four (4) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience (Individual contributor to professional level) is required for Level 2 positions. 7. Level 3: A minimum of four (4) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience, with at least two (2) years focused on executive or senior-level hiring, is required for Level 3 positions. 8. A proven track record of successfully filling senior/executive roles within the healthcare industry is essential.
