Job Description
Marathon Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare and business roles. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create effective sourcing plans, and conduct interviews. You'll also focus on building a strong network and finding unique ways to source candidates, with an emphasis on promoting diversity.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting in the healthcare sector or comparable experience. 3. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and evolving environment. 4. Experience measuring recruitment metrics to improve outcomes. 5. Experience with different sourcing tools. 6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred. 7. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities. 8. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills. 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
