Job Description

Join Apheris as a Talent Acquisition Partner and play a pivotal role in building our team. As the first hire in this critical function, you will: * Design and manage the entire recruitment process for Engineering, Commercial, and Generalist roles. * Utilize AI-powered tools to proactively source and engage with top-tier candidates, going beyond traditional methods. * Represent Apheris as a compelling voice, ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Identify and secure passive candidates who are exceptional fits for our company. * Manage the offer process with precision, from initial benchmarking to final negotiations. * Collaborate closely with leadership to define roles, refine hiring strategies, and improve talent assessment methods.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring: 1. 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on scaling startups. 2. Experience in recruiting for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, particularly for ML Engineering roles. 3. Familiarity with AI-driven drug discovery is highly desirable. 4. A proven track record as an "AI-native" recruiter. 5. Practical experience using AI tools to enhance talent mapping, screening, and candidate engagement. 6. Comfort working across diverse roles, from technical to commercial positions. 7. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. Experience with ATS (preferably Personio) and a passion for adopting new AI-enabled tools.
