Job Description
Spearhead the talent acquisition strategy as an escalation point for intricate searches, offering mentorship and hands-on support. Drive end-to-end talent search execution for sophisticated client portfolios, ensuring top-tier quality and candidate engagement. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss talent searches and essential considerations. Innovate and implement advanced sourcing and engagement tactics, optimizing internal workflows and talent acquisition technologies for maximum agility. Collaborate with client leadership to identify talent challenges, delivering data-driven insights to cultivate sustainable pipelines aligned with long-term objectives. Oversee recruitment escalations and process adherence, enabling leadership to concentrate on operational and growth initiatives. Manage internal tracking of the talent strategy team's capabilities, promptly communicating challenges and capacity needs. Uphold comprehensive reporting and analytics dashboards for both individual and programmatic client talent acquisition requests, reinforcing a data-driven approach.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree is essential; a Master's degree or MBA in a related field is favored. 2. Must have at least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy. 3. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition Lead or Manager position is necessary. 4. Experience in both corporate and consultative settings is strongly desirable. 5. Comprehensive understanding of modern ATS platforms, advanced sourcing methods, and recruitment marketing approaches is essential. 6. Proven experience recruiting for various organizational roles is crucial, preferably across multiple sectors or departments. 7. Must have experience with the implementation of talent acquisition processes. 8. Capability to uphold strict process standards across different client projects while flourishing in a fast-paced environment.
