Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Contribute to the creation and implementation of both proactive and reactive executive recruitment strategies. Seek out and engage with potential candidates across various disciplines. Build and maintain diverse talent pools. Research and map talent within target companies. Collaborate with Senior Executive Recruiters, HR, and Hiring Executives to develop candidate profiles and search strategies. Assist in preparing candidate presentations for Executive Recruiters, HR, and Hiring Executives. Undertake special projects as required, offering expertise in areas such as sourcing and recruitment process optimization. Stay informed about Ford's operations, competitors, and market trends to effectively communicate the company's mission to potential candidates. Collaborate with fellow Executive Talent Acquisition team members.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. Over 5 years of experience in attracting and recruiting executive-level talent. 3. Over 3 years of executive search experience in a search firm or corporate environment. 4. Proficiency with enterprise ATS, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other recruitment tools.
