Systems Engineer, Analyst

Job Description

Join CVS Health as a Systems Engineer Analyst and support the deployment and operations of the Anthropic Claude platform across various business units. Assist in building and testing prompts, scripts, and lightweight automations under the guidance of senior engineers. Help onboard end-users to Claude, providing hands-on support and answering questions. Log, track, and troubleshoot issues reported by users. Participate in testing and quality assurance of AI workflows and integrations before and after release. Document processes, user guides, and best practices to support enterprise-wide adoption. Gather and organize user feedback to help the team identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

1. 6months to 2years of experience in a technical role such as software development, IT support, or data analysis. 2. 6months to 2years of experience with programming concepts, with some exposure to Python or JavaScript. 3. 6months to 2years of experience navigating APIs. 4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
