Systems Business Analyst

Job Description

The Systems Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting end-to-end system workflows and dependencies. The analyst will identify gaps and drive improvements across existing platforms and processes. Defining requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and optimizations is also a key responsibility. Collaboration with IT teams is essential to ensure alignment with system architecture and constraints. The analyst will maintain clear traceability from business needs to system-level execution and support testing and validation to ensure solution integrity and performance.

Qualifications

1. Experience as a Systems or IT Business Analyst in complex environments. 2. Strong understanding of system integrations, workflows, and enterprise platforms. 3. Proven ability to document process flows, system interactions, and requirements. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 5. Ability to manage ambiguity and break down complex systems.
