Systems Administrator

Job Description

Seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain IT systems and network infrastructure. Manage on-premises server environments (Windows/Linux), network balancing via an F5 BigIP Load Balancer, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). Ensure system performance, apply security patches, manage endpoint protection, and assist in backup solutions and disaster recovery plans. Provide escalation support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 2. 3-5+ years of experience in system administration or a similar technical role. 3. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals. 4. Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Failover Cluster Manager. 5. Experience with SAN / Unified storage devices. 6. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra AD environments. 7. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. 8. Experience with scripting or automation in PowerShell.
