Job Description

Join our team as a Support Specialist and manage customer relationships with timely solutions in a SaaS model. You'll need a mix of tech skills and soft skills like leadership and problem-solving to succeed in this role. Enhance customer satisfaction through effective omnichannel engagement. You will assess the urgency of tickets and prioritize accordingly. Utilize Zendesk & GPP to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Offer platinum & gold level customer support. Provide the first point of contact for HR, IT, or Finance related inquiries. Communicate clearly and effectively with professionals and customers via email, phone, and other channels.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of experience in Global Shared Services, including at least six months in HR, IT Level 1 Support, or Finance Shared Services (Payroll, Billing, Invoices). Any two combinations are preferred. 2. Proficient in written and verbal English with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of HR procedures and policies. 3. Knowledge in Zoho & GPP is a plus. 4. Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to a diverse customer base. 5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 6. Proven experience in a similar shared services position. 7. Ability to collaborate within an international team across different locations and cultures. 8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. 9. Ability to manage and meet SLAs and KPIs. 10. Meticulous attention to detail and literacy with MS Office.
