Join our team and ensure our clients' technology operates seamlessly. As a key player, you'll provide expert support, resolving technical issues for Windows devices and Microsoft 365. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring client technology runs flawlessly. - Becoming the go-to expert for troubleshooting Windows devices and Microsoft 365. - Owning client communication, building rapport, and managing expectations. - Managing the ticket queue, prioritizing effectively, and handling warm transfer escalations. - Contributing to a knowledge base by creating and refining helpful documentation. - Acting as a liaison between clients and vendors for incident resolution. - Collaborating across the team in meetings and trainings to drive forward accountability and customer support.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess: 1. Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies. 2. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and the ability to troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi. 4. A passion for excellent customer service and a proven ability to build trust and defuse tough situations. 5. A track record of creating comprehensive internal documentation to help teammates grow and learn. 6. Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps. 7. An eagerness to learn and a collaborative spirit, as you enjoy helping others move forward.
