Support Engineer, SAP FI/CO
Job Description
We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide remote support for SAP FI/CO applications at Rimini Street. You will be responsible for: • Providing remote support for mission-critical SAP applications. • Solving customer issues through troubleshooting, leveraging SAP application expertise. • Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality experiences. • Offering remote functional support and training for SAP FI/CO modules. • Supporting client customizations and sharing best practices. • Developing fixes for critical product defects. • Creating scripts to identify and correct data issues. • Managing key accounts as a technical advisor. • Providing hands-on assistance using proprietary tools. • Contributing to a 24x7x365 support organization. • Collaborating with team members in a virtual environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. 5+ years of SAP experience with Finance and Controlling (FICO). 2. Knowledge of Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and Asset Management. 3. 5+ years of direct support of application end-users. 4. Deep understanding of supporting business processes. 5. Knowledge of Brazilian localization tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., SPED, ICMS/IPI, NFe). 6. Expertise with SAP 4.x and ECC, including implementation, configuration, and administration. 7. Knowledge of maintenance and SAP architecture.
