Job Description
Engage in comprehensive analysis of sales data to pinpoint trends, uncover opportunities, and highlight areas that require enhancement. Generate insightful reports and dashboards that effectively communicate sales performance metrics. Offer essential support to the team through meticulous market research and in-depth competitor analysis. Contribute to the precision of sales forecasts and the establishment of realistic sales targets. Collaborate closely with the sales team to uphold the integrity of sales metrics reporting. Provide administrative support to sales and marketing executives, including organizing calendars, coordinating schedules, and facilitating meetings. Develop and refine strategy decks, presentations, and reports designed for both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee logistical aspects of team meetings, events, offsite gatherings, and collaborative cross-functional projects. Act as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between sales, marketing, and external vendors. Manage and update sales databases and CRM systems, coordinating with vendors to maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree, ideally in business, finance, or a related field, is highly preferred. 2. Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. 3. Proven experience in constructing strategy decks and preparing presentations suitable for executive-level audiences. 4. Exceptional organizational capabilities are essential, with a proven ability to effectively manage complex calendars and logistical arrangements. 5. A meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to due diligence in all reporting activities. 6. Outstanding communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal forms. 7. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting. 8. Proficient in problem-solving techniques and adept at data analysis. 9. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not strictly required.
